I’ve always been drawn to the moments that change us.
The beginnings. The endings. The quiet seasons in between where life asks us to become someone new.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting women in some of life’s most tender and transformative moments. I’ve worked with mothers as they prepared to welcome new life, alongside individuals and families navigating the realities of serious illness and end-of-life care, and with women finding their way through the many transitions that shape who they are.
These experiences have taught me something I hold close: every woman carries a story, and every story deserves to be met with compassion rather than judgement.
I believe women are not meant to walk these seasons alone.
For generations, we’ve been encouraged to keep going, to hold everything together, and too often to compare ourselves with one another. Yet some of the greatest strength I’ve witnessed has emerged when women gather—sharing stories, listening without judgement, finding comfort in knowing they’re not the only one who has felt joy, grief, uncertainty, hope, or change.
That belief is at the heart of The Art of Womanhood.
Through nurturing bodywork, botanical rituals, creative workshops, and women’s gatherings, I create spaces where women can pause, breathe, reconnect with themselves, and simply be. I don’t believe creativity is about making perfect art. I believe it’s about expressing what words sometimes cannot. It’s about exploring how we feel, not creating something to impress.
My approach is shaped by professional training in clinical aromatherapy and deep relaxation, alongside years of supporting women in hospices, community settings, and wellbeing spaces. Every experience I offer is grounded in compassion, thoughtful care, and respect for the unique season of life each woman is living.
You don’t need to arrive with the right words or have everything figured out.
You only need to come exactly as you are.
It would be a privilege to walk alongside you for part of your journey.

Experience
My work has taken me into some of life’s most meaningful and tender spaces.
I’ve supported women and families within hospice care, offering holistic bodywork to patients, those living with serious illness, and the loved ones caring for them. Alongside this, I’ve facilitated creative and reminiscence workshops, creating gentle opportunities for reflection, connection, and expression during times of change and loss.
Alongside my hospice work, I‘ve welcomed women into my private practice, where I offer bodywork, botanical rituals, and restorative experiences designed to help them pause, reconnect, and find moments of calm within the demands of everyday life.
Creativity is also woven into my own life. I paint and journal as a way of exploring life’s transitions and the emotions that accompany them. My workshops are inspired by this personal practice, inviting women to express what they feel rather than focusing on creating something perfect.
Every experience I offer is shaped by both professional training and the privilege of walking alongside women through many different seasons of life.
