Compassionate support, thoughtfully adapted for every stage of your journey.
A cancer diagnosis changes so much.
It can bring uncertainty, fear, physical changes, emotional overwhelm, and moments where simply being touched can feel unfamiliar or even frightening.
For many people, massage is something they believe they have to give up.
The reality is more reassuring.
When adapted appropriately and offered by a suitably trained therapist, gentle touch can remain a safe and comforting part of someone’s wellbeing alongside their medical care. Every session is carefully tailored to your individual circumstances, with your diagnosis, treatment plan, symptoms, and healthcare team’s guidance always at the centre of every decision.
My work is not about deep massage.
It is about presence.
It is about kindness.
It is about creating a peaceful space where your body can be supported with the lightest, most respectful touch.
Sometimes that may simply mean gentle hands resting where they feel most comfortable. Sometimes it may include carefully adapted massage, soothing aromatherapy where appropriate, calming breath awareness, or quiet moments of stillness.
There is no expectation.
There is nothing you need to do.
Only an invitation to rest.
Having worked within hospice care, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people living with serious illness, alongside those close to them. Those experiences have taught me that compassionate touch is about far more than technique. It is about dignity, comfort, connection, and helping someone feel seen at a time when so much of life can feel uncertain.
I am also undertaking additional professional training in gentle lymphatic techniques for people living with cancer-related oedema, continuing my commitment to providing safe, evidence-informed support for those who need it most.
Every session is planned in collaboration with you and, where appropriate, your healthcare team, ensuring that your treatment is always adapted to your individual needs and medical circumstances.
You will always be treated as a person first—not a diagnosis.
Because everyone deserves to experience kindness, comfort, and compassionate care.
Your medical care will always remain at the centre of your treatment.
My therapies are designed to complement—not replace—the care you receive from your consultant, specialist nurse or wider healthcare team.
Where appropriate, and with your consultant’s or clinical team’s agreement, treatments are carefully adapted to reflect your diagnosis, current treatment and individual needs.
Every session is thoughtfully planned, taking into account factors such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, lymph node removal, fatigue, skin sensitivity and any other medical considerations.
Your comfort and safety always come firsT.
If you are living with cancer and are looking for gentle, professional support alongside your medical care, I would be honoured to welcome you.
Together, we will create a treatment that respects your diagnosis, supports your wellbeing and offers you something that every woman deserves:
“A space where you are allowing yourself to be held.”
